I started this little canvas/tag to practice blending. I love the sunset colours. The stamp is Paper Artsy, the mini postcard and Butterfly are Tim Holtz stickers, I backe the wings of the butterfly with a little peice of card leaving the body section clear and sticky so the wings could stay up, The flowers I made with Tim Holtz paper and two flower punches. I used a ball tool on the centre of the flowers and the petals seem to close up.The little hanger holding the postcard is also Tim Holtz.
I am pleased with the end result using the mini canvas and easel gave me a little more space on the overall piece and I am getting a little more confident with this style now. Let me know what you think

Baby Boy 8 x 8
This easel card was ordered by a colleague of my DH. I used a gorgeous digi stamp from Mo's Digital Pencil , such a cute picture, and papers from my stash, Wild Orchid crafts flowers and spellbinders dies.
I think it could have done with a bit more 'depth' maybe another mat of some sort. What do you think?
Not to keen on the photo though hand kept shaking lol

Emma's Birthday Book
This Birthday Book was commisioned by my brother Graham for his Daughter Emma as a Birthday gift.
The papers are Bird Song by Trim Craft, I also used Tim Holtz Birdcage, flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts, I altered the bird with Alcohol ink and also used Tim Holtz corners. This time I used book rings instead of my zutter. I was able to use eyelets on the punched holes, which I thing gives a more finished look, much more in keeping with the pretty girly feel to the covers. I also punched the edge of the pockets with a Martha Stewart punch.
I hope you like it Graham and I hope Emma likes it.

Red + Blue 8x8
I made this card for a colleague of my DH to give to his lady. I liked the colours they came about by accident moving piles of stuff from one place to another ending up with the red ribbon on the blue paper. The stamp is a digi from Mo's digital pencil, an american site with some gorgeous digi stamps. the paper was from my stash and the 'lace' was a paper doilley, the flowers were from Wild Orchid Crafts.
I hope you like it. Please let me know what you think I really appreciate feedback good or bad lol xx

Every Possibility Canvas
I was lucky enough to go to a workshop with Kaz recently. I learnt so much. We all made a canvas following one that Kaz had done. The interesting thing was that they were all slightly different, reflecting the cross section of people there, the one common link between us was craft.
I am so proud of my attempt, I never thought I could produce work like this. I hope you all enjoy looking at it (or maybe I am seeing it through rose coloured specs LOL).

I made a Birthday book for my brother Graham and his wife Cherie. I wanted them to know how much I love them and I am lousy with words. I hope they like it.
I used Tim Holtz papers, Tattered Flowers and leaves dies and ribbon, lace and bits and bobs from my stash.

Birthday Boy
Our gorgeous Grandson Cameron is 13 at the end of May (I know, I don't look old enough lol) and instead of a card I thought I would make him a small canvas. It has references to him, he collects monopoly (no actual Monopolies were hurt in the making of this canvas), trains, lego and cars and has more forms of wheeled transport than anyone I know lol.
I hope he will like it and keep it to show his kids. I really enjoyed making it, it is my first canvas and I think there will be many more lol.
50th Birthday Card
I made this one for a 50th birthday. Is it a bit over the top? I do love the flowers I got from Wild Orchid Crafts (as you can probably tell :) ). The paper is Tim Holtz and the Black lettering and heart/leaves I cut with my Craft Robo/Sillouette. The butterflies are 3d stickers.
Tattoo Card
I made this one for a crafting friend, Liz, I know she likes Tattoos and I found this really pretty bird and blossom design online, added some flowers and digital paper from Pink Petticoat.
I hope Liz liked it.

Mens Cards !!
It is so difficult to do mens cards. Had to do one for someone at Mike's work. I used Papermania stamps paper from Tim Holtz and my stash and my new spellbinders Sprightly Sprocket dies (sorry Sue got them online :) )
I was quite pleased with the result. Hope you like it.

News and Cards
Well I've done it!! I have opened a shop on Folksy.com. I am hoping that maybe someone will like my cards enough to pay hard cash for them. They will probably lanquish in the ether for ever lost lol but you never know someone might be mad enough to buy one :)
I've made a few new cards as well and sure enough here they are. The Blue curled corner one was made with Pink Petticoat digital papers, a scrumptious bit of red ribbon, a little image of a child and dog at the seaside from my stash and a little Joy Craft die cut frame. The next one is a little victorian in feel I think I used Linen effect papers another little image tag and a Martha Stewart punch. The red one was made for Sue at The Crafty Bunch for her birthday (21 again I beleive lol) Thank you for all your help and encouragement Sue. I used you guessed it Pink Petticoat papers and a Lili of the Valley stampcoloured with Pro Markers.

Distressing Demo :)
Went to a brilliant demo at Crafty Bunch on Saturday. Learnt lots of tips. Thanks Kaz. Came home inspired and in awe of Kaz's talent. Anyway I had a go and made a tag (after several false starts of course) and I am reasonably pleased with it. I also had a go with Adirondack alchol inks and made a little tile. Quite pleased for a first attempt. More stuff to collect I think LOL.
So what do you think.

Again sorry about the quality of the photo. Its OK but somehow it just doesn't quite work, Any suggestion would be greatfully appreciated :)

Cowboy Card
I made this card for a male colleague who likes cowboy films. The image and paper are from a Joanna Sheen CD.
Elegent Stripes
I thought this card turned out really well. I dont often do DL cards. I found the cards lurking in my stash and thought I had better try and use them.
The papers were from Craft Bunch club pack and the flowers are punched with Card Candy centres. The butterfly is two Anitas 3d stickers layered together. I love the colours.

Monday and Tuesday
Yet another really good night at Crafty Bunch Club, I didn't much like the cards I made though so I came home and made a couple more didn't use the same materials though.
Both were made from stuff in my stash and the red one used a paisley background stamp i have had for ages but never used. I have never done much stamping until I started going to club didn't know where to start really but everyone is so encouraging it makes you want to try things.
Well anyway here are the latest Hope you like them. xx

The weekends handiwork
It has been a lovely weekend, craft demo Saturday and the rest of the weekend cutting up paper what could be better.
Anyway here is what i came up with. Quite pleased with them but don't look to hard or you may see the not so deliberate mistakes.
The papers are either magazine gifts, Craftwork Cards or from my stash. I tried to do some that were a little bit different from my normal cards, I will let you decide if it has worked or not.
Please let me know what you think ( good or bad lol)

March 5 2011
Great demo at Crafty Club. Nicky brilliant as always and I learnt a lot. I have tried to recreate her Flowerpot Card with limited success. It is one I will try again. not very happy with my colour choices although the papers from the Pampered Pets range are lovely and the arrangement of the flowers is a bit odd, I blame the tablets lol.

Two Girly cards
Made these two on Friday night/ Saturday. For the pink and black one I used, guess what, Craft Work Cards papers, Their new Botanicals range and my promarkers to colour it The square was cut with my Bigshot and a nestie, the flowers wer punched and the sentiment I did on the computer and framed it with a metal rim. I tried to do something a little bit different and it turned out OK but I feel I may have overdone it. The pale blue card I used bits and bobs from my stash, pretty enough, but nothing special.
Craft Club Trio
I managed to make THREE cards at craft club this week. It was a sticker week. I really enjoyed it(as always) tried a couple of different things as well. The top two worked really well I think, I stamped the background on each of them the white one was with a stampin up stamp which I borrowed at club (I will have to have it as it seems so versitile. The green one, I inked the card with distressing ink pads and then stamped randomley over the top with a floral stamp, the sunflowers were in my craft club pack this week. The sentiments on both are Craft work Cards. The white card with butterflies is ok, not totally happy with it but it will do, very minimal and simple.
Baby Cards
You can't go wrong with an easel card (or so I thought :))
The little boy is another LOV stamp and again i have used Craftwork Cards papers, they really are lovely. The flowers are punched and the sentiments i did on the computer.
The little girl took ages, don't know why but it just wouldn't come together. I ended up using so much paper because i kept making silly mistakes, gluing the wrong bits, not lining things up straight etc, but I think it came out alright in the end. I would love your feedback on them.

Latest Cards
Quite a big batch here. Havn't had time to craft and post, so crafting won LOL
The little fairy is a LOV stamp and is proving to be a firm favourite with me, it's so pretty and covers just about any occasion. The papers on that one are Craftwork cards. The little hedgehog was done at craft club I've just discovered off centre mats (mine have always tended to be a bit off centre anyway so it was nice to do it deliberately LOL.

Spring is just around the Corner
I was quite pleased with this one. It is fresh and spring like the papers were from a Kameo Cards Cd (I think) and the chipboard tags were a free gift in a magazine.
Engagement Card
This is older daughters engagement card I stamped and embossed the panels, used peel off corners, Graphicus papers from cd and glorious tassels. Please excuse the cutting mat, it wasn't there when i took the photo lol .Isn't it funny that something silly always turns up in a photo when it is developed that wasn't there when the photo was taken. Or is it only me it happens to :))
Couple of older cards
These are both cards i did awhile ago for my Mother-in-Law for her 89th and 90th birthdays). I used papers from a Graphicus cd which i cut with my craft robo (the cutting files are from the UKScrappers site and were given free by very talented people). the 3d butterflies are anita's 3d stickers.
Ice Cream Colours
Did this card at Crafty Bunch craft club this week. We had Craftworks cards packs to work with and they are such lovely colours and quality. The corner easel is an idea from the very talented Nichola (Dragonfly Wishes).
